We’re proud to celebrate LaunchCLT mentor Jean Pierre “JP” LeJacq as a recipient of the 2025 FACES of Innovation Award from The Hurt Hub@Davidson.
As one of the Hurt Hub’s very first coworking members and a long-standing leader in the Charlotte startup ecosystem, JP was recognized not just for his work in technology, but for the heart and humanity he brings to everything he builds.
Through his companies Quoin and Salus CM, and through countless collaborations across the region, JP has spent years proving that great technology doesn’t just solve problems, it connects people. From mentoring student entrepreneurs to rebuilding computers for community members in need, JP consistently shows up with both expertise and genuine care.
One story shared by The Hurt Hub says it best: when a local resident faced job loss because of a computer issue, JP didn’t just offer a quick fix. He stayed with her through the entire process, rebuilt her system, and then asked how he could support her side business.
The FACES of Innovation Award honors leaders who embody the values of Freedom, Integrity, and Inclusion, and who demonstrate that in today’s AI-driven world, humanity and technology must coexist.
We’re grateful to have JP as part of the LaunchCLT mentor community and proud to see him recognized for the impact he makes every day.
Congratulations, JP, on this well-deserved honor!
