We’re proud to celebrate a major milestone for one of our LaunchCLT ventures, Path Intelligence, which has been selected as a Fall 2025 recipient of the NC IDEA SEED Grant.
NC IDEA, a private foundation dedicated to supporting entrepreneurial ambition across North Carolina, awarded a total of $300,000 to six high-growth startups during its historic 40th SEED grant cycle. The recipients were announced live at the conclusion of Day One of the 2025 NC IDEA Ecosystem Summit.
Path Intelligence, based in Charlotte, is transforming real estate sales with AI-guided virtual tours that immerse buyers inside 3D spaces while capturing detailed behavioral data to help agents better understand buyer intent and engagement.
Since its inception in 2006, the NC IDEA SEED program has awarded more than $10.6 million in non-dilutive funding to 231 companies across the state. Each SEED recipient receives a $50,000 grant along with mentorship and guidance designed to help early-stage startups scale faster.
This cycle drew 177 applications from across North Carolina, making Path Intelligence’s selection a major achievement.
