We’re proud to share that two LaunchCLT ventures, Troodie and Jubileague, have been selected as Spring 2025 recipients of the prestigious NC IDEA MICRO Grant.
NC IDEA, a private foundation dedicated to supporting entrepreneurial ambition across North Carolina, awarded $150,000 total to 15 startups statewide through its fourteenth MICRO grant cycle. Each selected company receives $10,000 in project-based funding along with access to an eight-week customer discovery and product launch program designed to help founders validate and scale their ideas.
The Spring 2025 cycle drew more than 180 applications from across the state, making the selection process highly competitive. Troodie (Winston-Salem, NC) and Jubileague (Charlotte, NC) were chosen for their strong vision, innovation, and growth potential.
Since launching in 2018, the NC IDEA MICRO program has awarded over $2 million to 224 startups, with a focus on expanding access to capital and resources for founders from under-served communities.
We’re incredibly proud of the Troodie and Jubileague teams and excited to watch them continue building momentum.
