Siftwell Analytics secured $5.8 million in its first venture capital funding round, with The Charlotte Fund being one of the key investors.
Led by experienced healthcare professionals, Siftwell leverages machine learning and AI to help health plans proactively manage member care. This investment will enable Siftwell to enhance its products and expand its reach, further solidifying its impact on population health and community care.
